We are excited to offer the students of AIM Learning Center school portraits!

We are hoping to offer the typical school portrait on a backdrop as well as some outdoors shots. The plan is to do these photos on October 30th during the AIM school party.

We are offering several packages for you to choose from – each package consists of sheets. Sheets are listed below.

Sheets offered:

(each individual sheet is of one pose)

8×10 sheet: one 8×10 print
5×7 sheet: two 5×7 prints
4×6 sheet: three 4×6 prints
4×5 sheet: four 4×5 prints
wallet sheet: eight wallet prints

Packages offered:

If you have multiple children, we are offering a $5 discount per package on each child. (example: 3 different siblings for a package A would be $75 total.)

- one sheet of your choosing (1 pose)
Package B ($65)
- three sheets of your choosing (up to 3 poses)
- optional: high resolution digital downloads $20 each
Package C ($100)
- five sheets of your choosing (up to 5 poses)
- optional: high resolution digital downloads $15 each
Package D ($150)
- eight sheets of your choosing (up to 8 poses)
- optional: high resolution digital downloads $10 each
Digital Only (High Resolution – suitable for printing):
- 1 digital file $50 ~ 3 digital files $110 ~ 5 digital files $150

Payment can be made via check, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. (Paypal or credit card available with additional 3% service fee). Once you complete the form below we will be in touch regarding payment – Apologies for the extra step at this time.

Model Release

Model Release to: Joshua Schwartz of Josh Aaron Photography

I release permission for my image, photographed by the photographer, taken on the listed date(s), to be published and circulated/posted by you, together with my name, for editorial, advertising, art, promotion, or any other lawful purpose and any medium whatsoever, without restrictions. I waive any right to inspect or review the finished versions. I also recognize that releasing the above permissions does not necessarily mean that the Photographer will use my image for any purpose.

PARENT/GUARDIAN I warrant and respect that I am the parent or guardian of the minor(s) to be photographed, and I have the legal authority to execute the above release. I agree to defend and hold the beneficiaries of the release harmless from and against any claim that the minor may make at any time because of the use of the photographs in any manner permitted by the release.

By Checking below I verify that I am 18 years of age or have had this form completed by my parent/guardian.

Terms & Conditions

TERMS &CONDITIONS

Payment: The Client will pay a non-refundable session-fee to book their event in advance. In addition, all agreed upon costs & fees will be paid in full prior to the agreed upon start time of event/session.

Cancellation: If the Client issues a cancellation notice prior to the agreed upon session date, they will receive a full refund of any money paid, minus the non-refundable session fee.

Photographic Materials: All photographic materials – digital files & prints – shall remain the exclusive property of the Photographer.

Copyright & Reproductions: The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the right to make reproductions. The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, or for display within the Photographer’s studio.

Client’s Usage: The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints and/or photos. If Client is displaying photographs publicly, the photographers requests a credit be placed adjacent to the photograph. (such as tagging Joshua Aaron Photography on Facebook, Instagram, etc… when possible)

Failure to Perform: If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other causality, strike, act of God, or other clause beyond the control of either party, or due to Photographer’s illness, then the Photographer shall return the session-fee, and all other money paid to the Photographer, back to the Client – if a new date cannot be agreed upon by both parties.

The parties involved have read all content of this Form/Agreement, agree to all its terms, and acknowledge receipt of a copy of this Agreement.
